Medical Scientific Liaison
 

Objective

Key role as a scientific liaison between physicians and laboratories, acting as a Product expert within the field. This position is primarily scientific and educational, aimed at fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange. Provide scientific and technical support to physicians, promoting the safe, effective, and evidence-based use of products and techniques within the portfolio. Develop and deliver high-quality scientific content and presentations for both internal teams and the medical community.

Main activities

• Scientific support for KOLs and assistance in organising various types of training activities (including regional and national symposiums), key messages, presentations for trainers, selection of patients for live injections, etc.
• Field visits to help customers improve their knowledge of the benefits of the product range, its rheology, support for medical articles, resolution of queries, especially for customers who have just switched or wish to switch to Teoxane brand (up to 70% of the time).
• Training of TEOXANE UK employees: anatomy, scientific support, skills updating and development of a continuous training plan.
• Support in the creation of posters for Congresses and other scientific publications.
• Review and approval of promotional materials and marketing activities from scientific point of view.

Your profile

• Master’s degree in science or pharmacy, training in healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous commercial experience is advantageous.
• Professional experience in medical affairs for healthcare products.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and detailed product knowledge.
• Ability to work effectively in a local team with an international focus and communicate clearly with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Detailed-oriented person and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
