Position Summary:
As the National Account & Partnerships Manager for Teoxane’s Dermocosmetics division in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the brand’s commercial growth by securing and managing strategic partnerships with national accounts such as med spas, clinic chains, and aesthetic centers. You will be responsible for identifying and closing high-impact deals, expanding our footprint nationally, and representing the brand at industry events and conferences.
A key part of your mission will also include identifying and nurturing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand credibility and influence.
This role requires a strong network in the aesthetics and dermocosmetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, negotiate, and secure national partnerships with clinic chains, distributors, and healthcare networks to drive rapid market access and sales growth.
- Support local sales representatives in structuring and closing deals with multi-location customers, ensuring alignment with national strategy and pricing.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate market penetration and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine partnership strategies and uncover new business opportunities.
- Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, and represent Teoxane to promote brand visibility and build strategic relationships.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with KOLs in the dermocosmetics and aesthetic medicine space to support brand advocacy and clinical endorsement.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in national account management, business development, or sales within the dermocosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong network of decision-makers in clinic chains, dermatology practices, and aesthetic medicine.
- Experience working with KOLs and leveraging their influence to support commercial goals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
