Job Summary:
The role of National Sales Manager presents an exciting opportunity to take leadership of the sales force of Teoxane. This role will allow you to utilize experience of territory management, sales force leadership and business development to efficiently manage sales growth, account development and promote synergy of sales effectiveness in line with the sales strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Development
- Work with the sales force to maintain and increase sales.
- Support the achievement of targets, goals, and KPIs set for each sales representative.
- Assist sales representatives in establishing, maintaining, and expanding their customer base.
- Work with sales representatives to enforce and maintain call quality through the sales excellence model.
- Manage and cooperate with sales agents.
- Monitor your team’s performance levels and motivate them to reach set targets.
- Coach your team to increase their ability to sell, maintain relationships, and provide optimal customer service.
- Coach your team to understand customer segmentation, targeting, and efficient time management.
- Ensure the team meets all KPIs within the sales strategy and report on sales performance.
- Collect team/customer feedback and report to senior management.
- Collect monthly sales figures from pharmacy accounts.
- Foster and maintain relationships with KOLs.
- Set sales targets for Germany and monitor them on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Submit monthly reports to your line manager on all sales.
- Collaborate closely with the National Relationship Manager.
Sales Force Excellence
- Provide efficient ongoing training and development in the sales excellence model for sales representatives.
- Help the sales team make sales-led, informed decisions in line with Teoxane’s sales strategy.
Sales Analytics
- Understand and further analyse commercial reports, including sales performance of representatives and KPI tracking.
- Monitor your team’s CRM systems to ensure all standards and targets are met, including efficient logging of activity.
- Analyse territory spread and focus targeting.
- Support data-driven decisions for account management and targeting within the sales strategy.
- Analyse performance on target accounts on a monthly basis.
- Identify sales trends and adapt coaching accordingly.
Your profile:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales Management within a fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
- Proficient in German and English.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and implement strategy across a sales force.
- Strong success-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated and successful experience in implementing process changes that lead to improved sales performance.
