In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Medical Education Specialist (m/w/d) Deutschland & Österreich
 

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Medical-Education-Strategie für Deutschland und Österreich mit Unterstützung des Lead Medical Education
• Aufbau und Pflege eines starken Netzwerks aus Key Opinion Leadern (KOLs), Referenten und Trainern
• Planung und Durchführung von Trainings, Workshops und wissenschaftlichen Veranstaltungen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing sowie internationalen Medical-Education-Teams
• Unterstützung klinischer Projekte sowie wissenschaftlicher Publikationen
• Medizinische Prüfung und Freigabe von Schulungs- und Marketingmaterialien
• Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends sowie Ableitung relevanter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Unterstützung regulatorischer Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Team
• Reisetätigkeit innerhalb Deutschlands und Österreichs (ca. 30 %)

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. Pharmazie, Biologie oder vergleichbar)
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Medical Education, Medical Affairs oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion in Pharma oder Medizintechnik
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit KOLs sowie in der Planung wissenschaftlicher Fortbildungen
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
• Reisebereitschaft
