In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

 

Customer Service Administrator
 

Summary:

Supporting customer inquiries and orders for TEOXANE products (Dermalfiller and Dermocosmetics) and preparing workshop and conference materials.

 

Main activities:

  • Responding promptly to daily customer inquiries and provision of professional and accurate feedback.
  • Providing support to existing customers via telephone and email.
  • Managing the complete order process.
  • Performing daily payment monitoring.
  • Tracking order status and proactively updating customers (dealers) on changes.
  • Handling customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintaining and updating customer and product data accurately.
  • Conducting research to support business and operational needs.
  • Organizing and maintaining files.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with all relevant departments.
  • Supporting the planning for projects, congresses, and events.
  • Participating in meetings, cross-functional projects, and tests.
  • Contributing to general office operations and administrative tasks.

 

Your profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office programs.
  • Fluent German with good knowledge of English.
  • A high degree of independence and organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong team player.
  • Detail-oriented with a structured mindset.
  • Able to stay calm and focused under pressure.
