IT Data Specialist

Teoxane Laboratories were established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003. They are specialized in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

IT Data Specialist
 

Main Activities :

• Manage technical operations and participate in enterprise Data projects for the Geneva headquarters and international subsidiaries
• Support and maintain the Data Teoxane environment, including ETL, data staging, transformation, PowerBI, and Excel files to be converted into a cloud-based data mart
• Participate in selecting, building, and developing the MS Data Lake and integrated applications architecture, and overall interfaces with our application landscape as sources
• Deploy new Data products in an agile way, ensuring the backlog is planned for implementation following business priorities and capacity constraints
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Data platform and manage incidents and changes while building best data practices within the community
• Ensure a secure approach, staying up-to-date with data security and regulations, and ensuring architecture and development compliance
• Enable and create automation, monitoring capabilities to ensure the safest business and employee working conditions
• Undertake any other specific tasks assigned by the management

Your Profile :

• EPF, HES, or University IT / Engineering degree
• 2-5 years of experience in the field of Data Engineering
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R is highly valued
• Good knowledge of Power BI, ETL Magic, VBA and Jira is an asset
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is an asset
• Fluent in both French and English
