In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:
Global Commercial Learning & Launch Excellence Lead
Main activities:
Global Training & Sales Capability Development
- Framework and Content: Develop and maintain global sales capability frameworks, designing high-impact training content (in partnership with external vendors when necessary) focused on product knowledge, clinical confidence, and compliant HCP engagement in the aesthetic space.
- Local Support: Provide hands-on guidance, standardized tools, and instructional materials to support local Market Trainers globally.
- Onboarding & Consistency: Collaborate closely with HR, Medical Education, and Marketing to design standardized onboarding programs, ensuring consistent and high-quality learning experience for new commercial employees across all departments and countries.
- LMS Management: Manage the lifecycle of all training materials, overseeing content upload, updates, and user access within the global Learning Management System (LMS).
- Effectiveness Tracking: Establish metrics to track field training effectiveness and delivery, using data-driven insights to continuously refine content and methodology.
Microlearning & Reinforcement
- Qstream Execution: Coordinate the planning, question preparation, and flawless execution of digital microlearning modules to reinforce critical knowledge points related to our injectable products.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor learner completion rates and provide clear, actionable reporting on performance metrics to identify knowledge gaps and inform future training priorities.
Global Launch Readiness & Commercial Excellence
- Readiness Framework: Design and manage the commercial Launch Readiness Framework, ensuring local markets and distributor partners are fully prepared, trained, and compliant for the successful introduction of new aesthetic products.
- Market Preparation: Develop and deliver global training programs and workshops focused specifically on launch preparedness, covering commercial strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales execution timelines.
- Readiness Tracking: Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Regulatory, Supply) to track and communicate market launch readiness status and commercial training compliance to global stakeholders.
- Evaluation & Audits: Develop tools and conduct post-launch audits to evaluate the effectiveness of pre-launch training and preparation activities, linking them to initial sales force adoption metrics.
- Best Practices: Capture and document organizational best practices and lessons learned from market readiness and training execution during launch cycles to inform and optimize the preparation for future product introductions.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Training, Commercial Excellence, or Launch Management within the Pharmaceutical, MedTech, or Medical Aesthetics industry (e.g., fillers, injectables).
- Proven ability to design and implement global training programs and complex, cross-functional launch plans.
- Expert knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and modern adult learning principles, including microlearning.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
