ERP Specialist

In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

ERP Specialist
 

Main activities

• Deliver solution definition, design, documentation and testing while ensuring compliance with GxP requirements,
• Support and maintain the ERP environment, including add-ons including P2P workflows, WMS and R2R multiples tools,
• Develop ERP and integrated application architectures, including overall interfaces with ETL tool,
• Deploy new projects and ensure the backlog is properly planned for implementation according to business priorities and capacity constraints,
• Contribute to ERP continuous improvement, manage incidents and changes for databases, and support user adoption and training,
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial IT team responsible for subsidiaries, ensuring proper alignment of the shared applications layer roadmap,
• Ensure a secure-by-design approach is followed and continuously propose improvements to enhance protection and compliance,
• Establish and maintain monitoring capabilities to alert, control, and secure safe business.

Your profile

• University, EPF, HES or equivalent Degree,
• 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and operating an ERP system,
• A good knowledge of industrial processes, with a specialization in one or more areas of finance, logistics, purchasing and manufacturing,
• Knowledge of SAP Business One and SQL would be a strong asset,
• Initial experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector would be an asset,
• Fluent in French (C1) with at least a B2 level in English.
